Rapid adoption plan for early adopters¶
This document describes a roadmap to launch an early-adopter program for Atlantyqa Universe. The goal is for pioneer users to experiment with the platform, provide feedback, and help refine it. The plan is designed to be run through GitHub, linking tutorials to the institutional static site and providing a glossary of technologies used.

- Enable first users to install and run the suite in minutes.
- Provide hands-on exercises (learning by doing) based on the recommended technologies: Whisper, spaCy, Qdrant, Streamlit, and LangChain.
- Collect suggestions and adjustments through GitHub issues and projects.
🚀 Program phases¶
1. Prepare the onboarding repository¶
- Learning structure. Create or reuse a public GitHub repository with a
tutorials/folder containing mini-guides for each key function: multimodal ingestion, semantic analysis, vector search, and UI deployment. These activities reflect the technologies prioritized in the reference document. - Task management with Issues/Projects. Open one issue per tutorial; tag
with
early-adopterand add checklists so participants can mark progress. Group them in a Kanban-style Project to visualize progress. - Ready-to-use environment. Include a
devcontainer.jsonor a Codespaces recommendation to automatically install spaCy, Whisper, Qdrant, and Streamlit, following the project guide.
2. Sync with the institutional website¶
- GitHub Pages. Expand the static site (
docs/) with an “Early Adopter Program” section that describes this plan, explains how to join, and links to the corresponding issues. - Technology glossary. Add a glossary page for the main tools used (Whisper, PyMuPDF, spaCy, Transformers, Qdrant/FAISS, Streamlit, LangChain, Haystack). Each technology should link to its official documentation or GitHub repo as source of truth. See the final recommendations section where these technologies are listed.
- Cross-links. From each tutorial, link to the glossary and the website section; from the site, link to repo issues to encourage participation.
3. Learning by doing dynamics¶
- Weekly challenges. Propose exercises that users can complete in 30–60 minutes: for example, “Ingest your first PDF” or “Add an audio file and analyze its sentiment with spaCy and transformers.”
- Reviews and coaching. Invite early adopters to submit pull requests with their solutions. Review the code, provide suggestions, and encourage the community to share learnings.
- Continuous feedback. Use GitHub Discussions to collect questions and proposals. Review this information periodically and adjust guides or prioritize new features based on user experience.
4. Communication and follow-up¶
- Regular updates. Publish news on the institutional website or via a weekly newsletter indicating which modules were worked on and what comes next. This keeps participants motivated and provides transparency.
- Recognition. Highlight the most active users in public channels (web, social networks) to encourage participation.
- Iteration. As you progress, use feedback to refine the roadmap; for example, integrate LangChain or Haystack for advanced RAG.
